  4. Meeting Program
    The 2018 Meeting Program (booklet to be released on February 25, 2018) will be sent to those residing in Japan by the beginning of March. Foreign residents are requested to collect it from the registration desk on the day of the meeting.
  5. Meeting Abstracts (including symposia and luncheon seminar abstracts)
    The 2018 annual meeting Abstracts (to be released on March 5, 2018) will be published in a PDF file version only. The access URL and the password for reading these abstracts will be provided to those who have paid the registration fee.
  6. Meeting Participation Certificate
    The certificate will be mailed to participants residing in Japan who have applied through the online meeting participation form and paid the registration fee by February 13, 2018. Foreign residents are requested to collect the certificate at the registration desk on the day of the meeting.
  7. Accommodation Booking
    Online bookings for accommodation during the meeting will be accepted until Monday, February 12, 2018, japan time. Please refer to the following website (Japanese) for further details.
  8. Childcare Room
    Childcare rooms will be open at the venue during the meeting (or conference) from March 15 (Thursday) to March 18 (Sunday), 2018, japan time. Please use the following contact information if you require childcare.
